Majapahit Museum

Majapahit Museum or well known as Trowulan museum is an archeological museum located in Trowulan Mojokero East Java. The museum was built in order to house the artifacts and archaeological findings discovered around Trowulan. The location is one of the more important in Indonesia in relation to tracing the history of Majapahit, the greatest and most powerful empires in the history of Indonesia and south east Asia disappear under the earth.

Visiting museum in a boring trip for some people. But I enjoy it very much. From this trip of course I get many new information related to the victory of 'Majapahit'. We just paid Rp. 2.500 for the entrance ticket. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take pictures inside the museum.

 

There is a souvenir shop in the corner of parking area. We found really cheap souvenir there.
